Avocado
Insaluto de Mare
Place seafare salad onto half an Avocado pear
and serve, alternatively scoop out an Avoado and chop roughly,
mix with chopped seafare salad tossed in a vinaigrette made
with seafare salad oil. Place back in Avocado skin, garnish
and serve chilled.
Seafare Salad and Melon
Take one sweet melon and cut in half, scoop out centre and place
in washed seafare salad, garnish with salad and serve with a
little honey or ginger.
Seafare Salad with Pasta
Take cooked and refreshed pasta shells or twirls, place in a
salad bowl with sliced or picked Lettuce add seafare salad,
save some of the seafare salad oil and place in a jar with French
or Dijon mustard and a little sugar and black pepper. Shake
well and pour over pasta and seafare salad, toss lightly and
serve with a tomato mayonnaise sprinkled with coriander.
Seafood Pizza
Add seafare salad to a tomato pizza base, add grated cheese
and sprinkle with seafare salad oil then bake in usual manner.
Serve hot or cold on a bed of crisp lettuce with sliced tomato.
Ojingo Pokum
A Korean dish of seafood in a hot-chilli sweet sauce. Saute
chopped onions, peppers, pineapple, garlic and chopped chillies
(to taste) in a little of salad oil. Add sugar or honey and
seafare salad with a little dry sherry and simmer for a couple
of minutes. Serve with savoury pancakes or rice.
Seafood Provencale
Mix a homemade or canned tomato sauce with garlic and basil.
Ladle sauce onto plates to nearly cover and place a portion
of seafare salad in the centre, heat in a microwave for 30 seconds
or until hot Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and lemon
juice. |
